Stefanie brings something most compliance and business structure advisors simply don't have — she has sat inside the machine at every level. She started in accounting, managing hundreds of client accounts for a corporate firm. But numbers without people never felt like enough. So she moved into Human Resources, then into executive leadership, where she helped scale two companies through transformational growth — one from 150 to 600 employees, another from $40 million to $150 million in revenue.

She built those results by doing what most operators overlook: investing equally in the systems and the people running them. She knows what breaks when a business grows too fast without the right structure underneath it — because she has been the one called in to fix it.

Her path was shaped by years of military life, starting over in new cities, new roles, and new industries — and building something stronger each time. She moved from Germany to the United States in 2010 and has spent every year since proving that real expertise comes from experience, not credentials alone.

By 2024, she made the decision to leave corporate America and build something of her own — work that is aligned with both her skills and her purpose.
