Stefanie brings something most compliance and business structure advisors simply don't have — she has sat inside the machine at every level. She started in accounting, managing hundreds of client accounts for a corporate firm. But numbers without people never felt like enough. So she moved into Human Resources, then into executive leadership, where she helped scale two companies through transformational growth — one from 150 to 600 employees, another from $40 million to $150 million in revenue.

She built those results by doing what most operators overlook: investing equally in the systems and the people running them. She knows what breaks when a business grows too fast without the right structure underneath it — because she has been the one called in to fix it.

Her path was shaped by years of military life, starting over in new cities, new roles, and new industries — and building something stronger each time. She moved from Germany to the United States in 2010 and has spent every year since proving that real expertise comes from experience, not credentials alone.

By 2024, she made the decision to leave corporate America and build something of her own — work that is aligned with both her skills and her purpose. Today, Stefanie helps business owners get the foundation right: entities formed correctly, compliance maintained, teams structured to grow, and operations built to last.

"The people mattered more than the process — and when you invest in both, real transformation happens."

The Framework

The 4 Areas of Business Structure

The compliance and entity framework that protects your business, clarifies your operations, and sets the foundation for real growth. Entity formation and structure recommendations are educational and strategic in nature. Legal and tax determinations should be reviewed with appropriately licensed professionals.

We help business owners get the structure right from the ground up — so the foundation holds as the business grows. Whether you're forming your first entity or untangling years of disorganized compliance, we meet you where you are.

01
Area One
Entity Formation

Strategic guidance to help evaluate business entity options, organizational structure, and long-term growth considerations. Final legal and tax decisions should be reviewed with appropriately licensed professionals.

02
Area Two
Compliance & Maintenance

Annual reports, registered agent requirements, operating agreements, and ongoing filings kept current so your entities stay in good standing year after year.

03
Area Three
Organizational Structure

Define ownership layers, team roles, and reporting lines that are legally sound and operationally functional — built to support growth, not collapse under it.

04
Area Four
Multi-Entity Coordination

Own more than one company? Stefanie maps how your entities relate to each other, ensures each one is properly maintained, and keeps the full picture clean and current.

Scaling a team without the right people systems and structural clarity underneath it is one of the most common — and costly — mistakes growing businesses make. Stefanie has lived this from the inside.

01
Area One
Team Structure & Role Clarity

Define who owns what, who reports to whom, and how decisions get made — so your team can grow without constant confusion or overlap.

02
Area Two
HR & Compliance Foundations

Establish the employment policies, documentation, and compliance requirements your business needs to bring on people the right way.

03
Area Three
Operational Systems

Build the internal processes and accountability structures that allow your team to execute consistently — without everything running through you.

04
Area Four
Culture & People Strategy

Invest in the human side of your business. Stefanie helps you build a people-first culture that retains talent, drives performance, and supports long-term growth.

Honest Clarity

This Program Is NOT For Everyone

We're selective for a reason. The program only works when the client is truly ready. If any of these describe you, this isn't the right fit.

See If You Qualify  →
  • People who want a cheap filing service and nothing more.
  • Those who aren't ready to take compliance seriously or commit to real structural change.
  • Business owners still in "figure it out later" mode who aren't ready to be held accountable.
  • Clients looking for a quick fix instead of a system that actually holds up under pressure.

Real Talk

What This Actually Takes

This program is for people ready to be honest about where their business stands — and serious about fixing it.

Getting compliant takes real work. Depending on how far behind you are, catching up requires time, documentation, and sometimes uncomfortable conversations with attorneys or accountants.

⚖️

Structure changes how you operate. Reorganizing an entity or a team isn't just paperwork — it changes roles, responsibilities, and sometimes relationships.

🏃

Good compliance is ongoing, not one-time. Formation is just the beginning. Maintaining your entities correctly is a long-term commitment, not a one-and-done task.

🎯

Results come from action between sessions. Stefanie gives you the roadmap and the direction — but you have to follow through on your end.

🏦

We build real, lasting business infrastructure — not shortcuts that look fine today and create expensive problems tomorrow.

🗺️

Stefanie walks you through the how, not just the what. You get a partner who has scaled teams and revenue from the inside — and knows exactly where things break if the foundation isn't right.

The Cost of Getting It Wrong

What Happens When Structure Breaks Down

Most business owners do not realize there is a problem until they face a tax issue, banking problem, partner dispute, audit, or lawsuit. That is where urgency lives.

Wrong entity selection. The structure you choose affects liability, taxes, and how your business operates.

Missing annual reports or filings. Small compliance misses can create bigger problems later.

No operating agreement. Without clear governance, disputes become harder to resolve.

Improper S-Corp implementation. Payroll, compensation, and tax treatment need to be set up correctly.

Poor multi-entity separation. Co-mingled funds and blurred ownership create avoidable risk.

No succession planning. If the business cannot function without you, the structure is too fragile.

The Compliance & Structure Roadmap

How We Build Order Step by Step

A simple process that keeps the work strategic, measurable, and coordinated with the right licensed professionals when needed.

01

Discovery & Assessment. Review current entities, ownership, compliance status, bookkeeping, governance, and growth plans.

02

Compliance Gap Analysis. Identify missing filings, governance issues, operational risks, and structural weaknesses.

03

Strategic Recommendations. Build a prioritized action plan for structure, compliance, and growth.

04

Implementation Support. Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, bookkeepers, payroll providers, and internal teams.

05

Ongoing Maintenance. Periodic reviews and accountability to keep the structure working over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What committed clients ask before joining.

No. Stefanie provides strategic business infrastructure, compliance, and organizational guidance. Legal and tax determinations should always be reviewed with appropriately licensed attorneys and CPAs. Compliance requirements also vary by jurisdiction and may require state-specific review.
Stefanie works best with business owners and operators who are serious about structure — whether they're just starting out and want to do it right, or have been running without the right foundation and are ready to fix it. She has scaled teams from 150 to 600 people and revenue from $40 million to $150 million. She knows where the gaps show up and exactly how to close them.
Most clients complete their core structural work within 3–6 months. Ongoing compliance support and organizational refinement typically continues through a full 6–12 month engagement. The timeline depends on how many entities are involved, how much cleanup is needed, and how fast your team is growing.
Stefanie is not an attorney or CPA. She is a business structuring and compliance strategist who coordinates directly with licensed legal and accounting professionals on your behalf — bridging the gap between advice and execution so nothing falls through the cracks.
After your strategy session and acceptance, you'll receive a clear action plan for your entity structure and compliance roadmap. Sessions begin immediately, with defined steps and accountability built in between every call.
